The lovely people at Humeston Byre are the fourth generation to farm Humeston, producing quality milk of the highest standard from healthy, well-cared-for cows since 1945.
In 2023, Humeston Byre opened up as a farm shop, providing dairy products from the farm, meat, bread, soups to buy, and cakes, coffees, teas and milkshakes to share with stunning views across the Firth of Clyde to Arran, Kintyre and Ireland. The farm and shop sit a stone’s throw from Culzean Country Estate, Dunure Castle and Harbour, and the world famous ‘Electric Brae’.
We will learn of the family’s journey to diversification and their drive for quality and goodness, all served up with a friendly smile.
